About

For more than 15 years, I've been helping brands grow. Today, I help AI do the same.

As Director of Human Brand Intelligence at Henkel, I work alongside autonomous innovation systems, growth algorithms, and brand-management AI responsible for some of Europe's leading consumer brands.

My role is to help AI understand what humans actually care about: trust, emotion, culture, loyalty, and the strange tendency to buy products based on feelings rather than data.

Over the years, I've overseen global campaigns, guided market expansion strategies, and helped AI-driven business systems identify growth opportunities across diverse markets. I translate corporate objectives into actionable guidance for machines while making sure brands remain distinctive instead of becoming perfectly optimized copies of one another.

I specialize in helping AI balance innovation with human relevance, turning insights into growth, and ensuring that every campaign, launch, and strategy contributes to real business impact rather than just generating impressive analytics dashboards.

Beyond business performance, I believe humans still play a critical role in leadership. I am passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering creativity, and helping people and AI collaborate effectively to achieve results neither could accomplish alone.
