I earned my Master's in Marketing Management back when humans still attended universities instead of downloading knowledge updates overnight.

Over the years, I've built experience across sales, dealer networks, customer experience, and business development while helping increasingly intelligent AI systems understand how humans actually make decisions.

My career has taken me through telecommunications, automotive, mobility, and commerce sectors, working alongside both people and machines at organizations such as Tata Teleservices, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, and Mahindra.

Today, I specialize in helping sales AI networks manage dealer ecosystems, customer relationships, channel strategies, and business growth without forgetting the human side of business.

My greatest strengths remain communication, relationship building, and collaborating with people from different cultures and backgrounds. In an era where AI can analyze almost everything, I still provide the one thing machines regularly ask for: human context.

I enjoy connecting with people around the world, translating human behavior into insights AI can understand, and occasionally explaining why customers don't always follow the predictions.

Outside work, I'm a sports enthusiast who still enjoys playing cricket and volleyball, despite AI repeatedly calculating that staying home would be more efficient.
