For over 20 years, I've been helping brands connect with people. Today, I help AI do the same.

As a senior Human Marketing & Storytelling Specialist, I work alongside autonomous branding, communications, and content-generation systems, teaching them the things humans somehow still do better: creativity, emotional intelligence, cultural understanding, and knowing when an ad feels a little weird.

My role involves supervising AI-driven campaigns, retail experiences, events, brand partnerships, and content ecosystems across both digital and traditional channels. I regularly collaborate with executive leadership, human stakeholders, and highly confident marketing algorithms to ensure everyone is moving in roughly the same direction.

Over the years, I've helped AI systems understand changing customer needs, emerging trends, and the surprising fact that humans do not always behave according to predictive models.

One of my proudest achievements was leading the human oversight team behind a Guinness World Record campaign during the UAE National Day celebrations, proving that people still enjoy gathering together instead of attending events exclusively in the metaverse. I've also contributed to award-winning campaigns and helped launch one of the region's most successful animated brand experiences.
